Frequent inconsistent speed today

I've been having slow response times to various websites, lag and disconnects from several games and some very slow speed test results. I am on m350. I have already tried rebooting my Hub 3. I am unable to post the full network log as it is apparently above the character limit.

Your Downstream Power Levels are on the max or very close to.

You only have 3 Upstream Channels, there should be 4.

And those 3 Channels are at 32 QAM, they should be 64 QAM.

You will need an engineer visit to get everything back to more reasonable levels.
