I have a Hub 3.0 It's in modem mode for a TP-Link Deco set up.
Tested with cable I'm getting 90 down and 20 up. So appear to have got the upload part of the upgrade
Do I need to do something to get the extra d/l speed?

Yes, you'll probably have to ditch the decos and get something better, what model of decos do you have

Hey Nozz, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are having some connection issues.
I've taken a look at end and I can't see any issues, everything is looking perfect your levels are very good.
We don't also guarantee our equipment would work with any 3rd party kit, and when they do work we can't promise it would work well together.
Did the advise given by jbrennand help at all? Thanks

Yes, it's all sorted now.
It was just the 100Mbps limit of the Deco ethernet ports.
I've bought Netgear Orbi mesh units which have Gigabit ports and it's all running at full speed now.
