Fibre - slow speeds

Is it just me or is virgin the biggest waste of time, the fiber is knocking out pure kak speeds anyone else feel as though your being taken for a ride. ?  this absolutely **bleep** service is supposed to be getting 500 more like 30 od to 70 at best really looking to change but what's the best about atm worse than dial up at times.

Firstly... can we check… are the issues only evident on wifi connections or do you see them at the same times on devices connected on ethernet cables? If you don't know, can you check to help diagnose whether it is just a wifi issue or it could be network connection/Hub related?

What Hub model is it? What are the various Hub lights showing/doing when this happens?

What equipment are you connecting on?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It's the speed checker it's supposed to be 500 it's knocking out 37 to 74 ish I've disconnected it all a million time's and reconnected it's not supposed to drop past 300 but here we are keeps chucking you off intermittent signal been like this since we got it installed pure kak.
