Extremely slow upload speed of 0.05mbs

Since Friday I have upload speeds of 0.05mbs I am unable to do conferencing. I've had to use my phone as a hot spot for 2 days now. I have tried everything to resolve. What is happening?

Yeah we are BH17 had this since Thurs, ack but no fix time yet, very frustrating

Sorry to hear you're having services concerns, I have checked the system at our side and cannot see any issues within the area or with you hubs spec that might be causing this. 

Can you confirm if this speed test was through a wired connection or is the speed concerns just over the WiFi?
