I've been having extremely slow upload speeds since last Friday. The website shows no service issues, but when I phone the automates message says there are problems. My BQM shows a lot of packet loss, and speedtests show around 0.5 - 1 Mbps.
It's making working from home very difficult as although I have no trouble downloading large files, pushing them back to the server is extrememly slow.
Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.
Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.
Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.
