There was a recent outage last week on my broadband service, it’s now back pain, I have the M264 package, my download speed is fine around 260Mbps but my upload speed is a paltry 1.6 - 2.0 Mbps with a packet loss of around 10% Cannot do VC calls or uploads. Can someone please assist?
