Existing customer upgrade options - how do you find them?

Hi

I'm considering upgrading my existing broadband package to include tv but cannot find any way to find what is available.  I get the 'oops we can't do this online' message but don't then know how to get in touch via email to ask the question.

I don't want to call as it's not a critical matter and just want to see what options are out there to see if one may suit.  They are all over the website for new customers but of course I can't access those offers.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
