Really sorry to hear you're having connection drop outs at this time. I have taken a look on our system and can see there is a SNR (noise) issue causing disruptions in your area. You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineer are working hard to resolve this for you. The estimated end date for this outage is 22nd March 2022 at 09:00, please reboot your router after this time and monitor the connection. I would advise that the end dates are estimated and so can be extending if the issue is not resolved. I apologise for any inconvenience this issue causes you, hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
