Engineer didn't turn up

I am experiencing really slow speeds and was advised that engineer needs to visit. Was expecting someone today between 4-7pm, however nobody turn up neither received any call with cancellation or change to

Yes VM are poor at communicating things like this ! Its possible that it was cancelled because a known network fault was discovered and so that needs fixing first.

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

If nothing shows on there, try calling it in as a fault (free on 150 VM line - or 0345 454 1111 others - national rate) and see what they say about it when they test your connection.
