Been with VM for a couple of months and until a week ago all was pretty good.
I now seem to suffering from frequent drop-outs. Running a continuous ping from a computer attached to the Ethernet socket on my Hub5x shows under 10ms but there frequent no responses.
The VM TV stream box also shows occasional buffering messages when it didn’t before.
Running a speed test router looks good, but WIFI speed considering I’m in the same room looks poor.
Using MS Teams is becoming unusable.

VM only guarantee 30Mb speed by the way. However, what device are you using for a test? As you can see the speed to your Hub is 1GB, so that's fine, and it's most likely the device is the bottleneck. You would need a WIfi 6 capable device to utilise the Hub 5X.
