Download speeds of 200-300Mbps on M500 plan

Hi,

I'm getting download speeds of 200-300 Mbps and upload speeds of 38-41 Mbps using a wired connection on a M500 plan.

If someone could take a look and tell me what's wrong, that would be great.

Thanks.

Re: Download speeds of 200-300Mbps on M500 plan

Downstream powers levels are high, but in spec (-6 to +10 is in spec).

Could you create a BQM here, and post back results tomorrow?

The BQM should show any issues with your line quality.

Re: Download speeds of 200-300Mbps on M500 plan

Some occasional packet loss, but nothing major really.

There may be an oversubscription in your area.
