Download speeds have died

My download speed has gone from 109mbps consistently to around 10-20mbps from the end of November. Upload seems to have stayed consistent.

I've tried the service test a few times, which did show a network error once but when I went back to book the engineer it came up saying all was fine.

I've restarted and factory reset a few times. Move the router to a more open place, made sure everything is in properly. I've added as much info as I can below... any help much appreciated.

I'm on a superhub with google wifi:

Super Hub Version
Software Version "V1.01.35"
Hardware Version 3.11

This is from my google wifi:

Re: Download speeds have died

What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better ethernet cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the ethernet cable connected device you used for the speed test ?

Re: Download speeds have died

Sorry, I'd forgotten that you are using the Hub 2, it doesn't have the function.

What is the 'link speed' for the Network Interface Card (NIC) in the device settings ?
