Looking at your SNR levels some of the channels are below what if acceptable, now this could be noise and I would go around and make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight, power off hub for 30 secs and then back in. Check again your SNR levels if they are still below 34 then an engineer is going to be need to resolve.
