Download speeds abysmal - greater london

Hi,

I'm on 500Mbps package and getting 11Mbps down through direct ethernet today (18 July)

can someone advise if this is a bigger issue in the VM broadband network right now?

FYI - I have rebooted the router and my device already.

Thanks,

Standard Desktop machine - wired connection at full 1Gbps. Connected directly to the router.

Re: Download speeds abysmal - greater london

Hello

Looking at your SNR levels some of the channels are below what if acceptable, now this could be noise and I would go around and make sure that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight, power off hub for 30 secs and then back in. Check again your SNR levels if they are still below 34 then an engineer is going to be need to resolve.

Re: Download speeds abysmal - greater london

Hi Mike,

I'll take a look to see if its the cables and try again but probably will likely will need an engineer.

Thanks for your help.
