Download speed

Hi I had a new router installed 2 weeks ago everything was fine initially but we are now only getting between 6-8 MBs Download and less than 5 mbs upload, we pay for 200mbs, I appreciate usage is high due to the current situation But I would have thought this would be through the day and not in the evening any suggestions?

Are you testing on a device connected on wifi or ethernet cable?
What device(s) are you using to test speeds?
Is it just a speed issue or do network disconnections occur on ethernet and/or wifi?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
