Hi,

I have just recently upgraded to the gig 1 service and have noticed that when downloading game through steam, ea,  uplay etc I am only getting around 25mb/s. I have seen other people with this same issue on Google search results. 

Please assist and let me know what additional info you need from me.

Hi, it says the realspeed is not available on my network.  

I am on my home network, I am not on a vpn and the modem is in router mode.

Looking at the website below check :

1) there is an IPv4 address
2) the IPv6 address should not be present
3) the ISP is Virgin Media Limited
4) the location is correct.

OK the problem seems to have resolved itself . I power cycled the modem (for like the 10th time) and now I can not only connect to the speed test site but a. Also getting full dl speeds on steam.

Very odd!
