We understand the frustration these speeds are causing you, especially as you have tried the speed test on a wired connection and already performed a pin hole reset and it has not improved the services.

Currently everything is looking as it should, there are no power level issues, or SNR issues, no area faults that could be affecting you.
Have you performed a speed test via the Ethernet cable this morning?
