Download speed is great, upload speed is poor!

I'm a streamer and I have not been able to stream in almost a month and it's taking the **bleep** now, we gotten a hub 3 and hoping that would sort this issue, turns out it didn't, we got an engineer to sort out what could be the problem, it got fixed for an hour only to go back to being slow again, this is not right, I rebooted it and no changes, with the speed I get I can barely stream at all, not even in 720p 30fps,

I have the package 100mbps and the upload speed I should be getting is around 10mbps but I barely reach even 5 and that's not on at all. I stream on the ethernet so I can get the best possible speed and I'm not even getting it at all, I've been asking for almost a month and nothing has helped besides the engineer which worked for about an hour. Is there a fault in my area? if so please get it fixed or just get me the Hub 4 or something because this is getting silly now, because of this it's making me quit my part-time job as a streamer because of this pandemic I've lost my job because of it. I don't want to quit streaming as I've met so many people and make a bit of money on the side of it and it's made me happy, but with this going on I have not been able to stream for almost a month. The picture below is the upload speed I get and it's on wired, what's strange is that it goes to 10mbps when it's nearly midnight

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

VM, unlike download, don't guarantee a minimum upload speed. If there is an over subscription (Too many users) in the area this could cause you problems.

I like to add that I have had amazing upload speed for 2 years, it's been stuck at 9-10 upload speed which has been amazing but now since last month it's been this poor.

Those logs look ok so you'll need to wait for a VM staff member to check if there is an oversubscription in the area.

Hello @Vani935,

 

Thanks for your Private Message. I've posted back publicly in case we need to get other Teams such as Networks to take a look and it will be easier to show this thread to them for any information they may need. I've had a look at the Area Fault Ticket that was in your local area and it was closed yesterday. This may explain why your download speeds has gone back to normal however I've also taken out my magnifying glass to check over your details and can see some issues on the network. It may be unrelated to the first one but I've notified them for High Utilisation on two upstream channels and have asked them to take a look.
