Download much slower than it should be

I have the 350Mb connection but the past week my speed test stays between 120Mb and 160Mb over wired and wireless. 

I have reset the router, fully updated everything, made sure there are no background downloads, and cleaned my computer's registry, cache, etc. 

The upload is the usual 35Mb+ as is always is though which is why I'm thinking it's a problem on the line. 

I don't know what else to try to get it back to what it should be. The service status for my area shows no faults.

i know how you feel im on 200mb and getting 85mb on a good day and the same as you no faults showing

It's usually around 360Mb on a speedtest because I'm close to the town. It's just been this sudden drop. Tested the router and reset to factory but for it to only effect the downstream and not both makes us both think it's a line or service fault instead of the router or cable I'm using.

Post the Network, Upstream and Downstream logs from the hub admin pages

It's telling me that virgin media has chosen to block the screenshots because it contains details of the hub

Try copy and pasting the data in again and press submit twice - the board software should strip out that personal data. Or.. do it yourself - blank out any MAC and i.p. addresses.
