It's usually around 360Mb on a speedtest because I'm close to the town. It's just been this sudden drop. Tested the router and reset to factory but for it to only effect the downstream and not both makes us both think it's a line or service fault instead of the router or cable I'm using.

Try copy and pasting the data in again and press submit twice - the board software should strip out that personal data. Or.. do it yourself - blank out any MAC and i.p. addresses.
