Download/Upload speeds lower than paying for

Hello,

I've been using the Super Hub 3 for the past week or two and noticed the last 2-3 days that my speeds have dropped from 530 DL and 36 UL, it's currently looking at 214 DL and 11 UL.

Yes a problem with out of balance channels 32/16/16/16 qam plus marginal over with dBmV 51/52/52/52.
Try a reboot to check to see if any values change.
May need engineer to visit to check for external fault.

So I just checked service status and looks like something's down currently, will try reboot now though. thank you.

Just rebooted and it's saying practically same thing.

Your Upstream Power Levels are too high.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Yes a problem with out of balance channels 32/16/16/16 qam, I had similar miss match earlier turned out to be problems with network equipment!

Hello @JosephPage1996, our beady eyed members are correct in that your upstream power levels are high. I've checked your details using the information we have on here and have found the same so I've arranged for an engineer to take a look at it.

 

You may check the booking via your online account  where you may also re-arrange it if necessary and do let us know how it goes.
