Download Speed and Upload Speed is VERY slow

We been having this issue for a few weeks now, I haven't been able to live stream, having to keep switching the ethernet cable to my PC and Console all the time and it's getting ridiculous. I tried calling up the team but we get stuck on the line for almost forever, I need help fast as it's frustrating. I have two pictures of the speeds from both Wired and Wireless, Wired doesn't change the upload speed at all besides Download, Wireless, however, is THE worst speed possible.

Network log confirms problems, and the downstream error counts look high.  When was the hub last rebooted?

Thanks @Vani935 for joining us in a Private Message and I'm sorry about the ongoing connection problem. I've had a look at the fault ticket  F008259029 to see if there is an update and can confirm that it's still open. The estimated fix time is 12/08 and I'm sorry about this. Some faults takes a little longer for us to fix but our team is aware of it and will aim to fix it as soon as they can.
