I want to keep it relatively brief as quite a few other posts havee detailed their frustrations on this.
I am currently on the highest tier of broadband. I want to downgrade to a lower tier of broadband. You can only upgrade on the website, and I've confirmed this by looking at other posts. Their solution has been to phone Virgin in.
My problem is I can't talk. Is there a way to do this over text? I've struggled to find anyway to contact virgin on the website at all. Thanks in advance.
