Downgraded package due to loss of earnings / corona's fault!

Had to downgrade earlier due to lack of funds, went from 200mbps to 100mps, ran speedtest.net there and average 0.91 mpbs.  Is this just me in G66 (Glasgow North) area, or is it nationwide?

By the look of the forum at the moment it surely must be a company wide problem they haven't acknowledged yet

Re: Downgraded package due to loss of earnings / corona's fault!

Just tried a ping test from the hub

PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8): 64 data bytes
72 bytes from 8.8.8.8: seq=0 ttl=55 time=320.000 ms
72 bytes from 8.8.8.8: seq=1 ttl=55 time=250.000 ms
72 bytes from 8.8.8.8: seq=2 ttl=55 time=330.000 ms
--- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 250.000/300.000/330.000 ms

Go to 192.168.0.1 - don’t login.

Click router status.

Copy/Paste back the network, upstream and downstream logs.
