Don't want to be tied in if service will be poor

I have just taken out the contract for 1GB, I had started having issues with my existing 200Mb but was on the Super Hub 2 which was getting glitchy and we inevitably have more wifi connected products in the house, so I thought an upgrade would be a wise move. Now on the Hub4.

Whilst the download speeds have dramatically improved, I am getting latency issues. Gaming is struggling with juddering and streaming is also getting interruptions. I am still in the contract cancellation period, but dont want to be tied in if the service is going to be poor.

I have attached my BQM information...I think

Re: Don't want to be tied in if service will be poor

My broadband is slowly becoming more unstable since upgrading to the hub 4, I believe we have an engineer coming out soon, but just wondered if there was a known reason behind this?

Last night we started getting an increase in dropped packets
