Discrasful broadband speed

Evan this service is pathetic... I have had the most terrible experience from virgin media.  My broadband has been pathetic for forever when  u leave the front room it goes off pretty much straight away, I have incurred charges as a consequence of my phone provider through data charges and all I get from virgin is turn your device off and on again.  I need advice as to how to get out of my contract as I can't cope anymore.

So is it help exiting the contract you are after or help sorting you connection issues?
