Hiya All

Any advice welcome

I had issues with my M350 account but upgraded to 1.1gbs hoping the new router would help

I have 2 Problems

1.  Intermittent line dropouts still continue (a lot in the past day)
2.  Download speed is still 300-320mbs (not 1.1gbs)   my upload now is 50mbs so that did increase

I’m not an expert but I think I need and engineer and its a possible issue with cable to cabinet

I use cat6e cables and swapped (also tried cat5e)
I have tried in Router mode
Modem Mode with a Asus RT-AC88U router (all my internal network is fine)

Thankyou in advance

I'd suggest sticking to one thread.

Your upstream channel's power levels are too high, so you'll probably need an engineer visit to sort.

Hi Weedkillers, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that there is an issue with the broadband.

I will send you a private message so that this can be looked into further.

Kind regards, Chris.
