Did anyone actually get their m350 broadband up to speed?

Like many posts, I’ve had m350 for a while but it has not been achieving anything like the speeds and Virgin just say restart the router and stuff which is useless. Or it will improve for a bit but then large parts of the day will be sub 30mpbs..

anyone get virgin to actually help? If I reduce down to 100mbps will I get similar speeds or an even more scaled down speed?

Over a wired or wireless connection?

Both - the wireless has more issues and I’m okay with it being lower than the Ethernet but the inconsistency is annoying

Yes, I get 380Mbps on my 350Mbps service.

Running on 500Mb VM service with SH3 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech.

So using the sh3 as modem and not modem + router works better for you?

So what speeds do you achieve when wired direct to the hub?
