Daily outages in KT6

Since the beginning of last week we have no bandwidth and constant drop-outs from about 6:30pm once people start streaming. Today it started at 2:30pm which meant I missed some work I’ll have to catch up on. The 150 diagnostics sometimes agree there’s an issue and forward my call to a closed call centre. The My Virgin Media system status often claims the service is green even when various speed test apps show <1Mb over Ethernet. Can anyone advise if, as I believe, there’s a systemic capacity problem? Regardless of the cause, when will it be resolved?

As per, back online after 10pm as people start to go to bed. This service level is totally unacceptable.

Added monitoring a couple of days ago. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand the problem.
