Since the beginning of last week we have no bandwidth and constant drop-outs from about 6:30pm once people start streaming. Today it started at 2:30pm which meant I missed some work I’ll have to catch up on. The 150 diagnostics sometimes agree there’s an issue and forward my call to a closed call centre. The My Virgin Media system status often claims the service is green even when various speed test apps show <1Mb over Ethernet. Can anyone advise if, as I believe, there’s a systemic capacity problem? Regardless of the cause, when will it be resolved?
