Critical T3 errors...

If I post my logs from the hub would somebody be able to assist in helping me understand what is happening with my connection and what the Critical: T3 timeouts mean?

What should I avoid posting if anything?

Main reason I ask if somebody could review the logs is the fact that my service slows for no reason, then kicks back to normal but will bounce down again!

As there is a huge amount of data to share from the logs, I need be sure that im not sharing anything private, maybe the Mac addresses?!
