I tried to contact Virgin about broadband speed. I'm paying for M200, but only getting 84Megs max.
(Ethernet cat6 direct into modem (SuperHub 2ac), plus modern port too, repeated tests etc).
After routing all over the website and getting nowhere, I resorting to sending a complaint, I was contacted a week later & was then transferred through 5 different people, and on the 6th - the phone went dead. Took 47 minutes. And the issue still wasn’t resolved.
I’ve sent a text to the technical helpline - but no one’s responded.
Does anyone have a real phone number to someone who can actually help?
Thanks Mark - you're right - the inbuilt Ethernet base is 100 - so the computer is a bit limited. I guess the TV set / Virgin box can take advantage of the higher speed? There doesn't seem to be a facility to gauge what it's receiving?
You don’t need super fast speeds to download TV shows etc.
