Constant dropouts on 630mbps package

Hi,

 

My internet has been nothing but shocking today. Fortunately, I'm not working, unfortunately, rubbish internet ruins a day off. 

My speeds show as fine when using fast.com (unbiased, Netflix doesn't care whether you're Virgin, Sky, BT or whoever) but I'm getting constant slow downs. The VM status website shows no issues, and I've restarted my router setup. This happens on both WiFi and Ethernet on all my devices.

I've read that the VM Status page won't show 'localised' issues/faults, so wondering if it's anything to do with that?

Local Faults or Outage

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service

This number often has details of an issue long before the web links.

Sorry to hear that you have been having some internet issues. When your internet is running slow what are the speeds your hitting?
