Constant drop outs/packets loss

Firstly, appreciate anyone who reads through my post and especially anyone who replies.

I’ve been experiencing stuttering/drop outs during my skype calls/viber and I would imagine everywhere else where it can be noticed. It is as if my connection "freezes" for few seconds before it recovers. I have restarted by router and it hasn't helped. This issue is happening all the time.

Here's my router data:

I have run a remote diagnostic and have not been able to identify any issues with your connection.

Can you confirm if this is also happening on your wired connections?
