Consistently slow speeds in BT5

I've been checking speeds using speedtest.net for the past few months and they've bene consistently been degrading.

I'm currently on the 200 broadband package and struggle to get speeds of ~80Mbps which is below what I should be fairly expecting according to virgin's speed pages:https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/speeds

Tests were done with the hub set to modem-only mode and on a computer connected directly to the modem so wifi isn't the issue here.

It's starting to reach the point where im thinking of switching away. Am I the only one seeing similar issues?

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1/  for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

At least we can check the stats to rule out an issue with the line.
