Consistently slow speed Area 22

Hi,

yet again my broadband speed is chronically slow - have M200 but getting sub 10mbps.  Had an engineer out last week - third new router in four weeks, cabling checked etc.

Two queries:
1) Can someone investigate why I'm always having slow speeds?
2) Given that my service has been intermittent at best since I signed up last month, whom can I ask for a rebate of my last month's subscription?

Is that speed measured over ethernet or WiFi?

Don't log in

Click on Check router status

Copy and paste on here the Downstream, Upstream and Notwork Log data
