Hi new to the forum, but long suffering VM user
I have had packet loss issues for months, but day-to-day it’s ok. The kids complain about gaming dropping, but recently I’ve been working from home more and noticed video calls are really unstable, so I need it resolving.

Have tried standard troubleshooting, with no success. Would appreciate advice on how to improve or escalate?
We’re on M125 using a Hub3 in Modem Mode.
