Consistent Internet (wired) drop outs, half speed connection

Hi, we work from home and are having issues with the internet dropping out approx 3-6 times a day. We are on 500mb package and our speed is only 200mb.

We have been sent a replacement router and the speed went back up to 500mb, but then dropped back down to 200mb the next day, and the drop outs remain. 

I have tried everything, new cables, checked all connections, put hub into modem mode and used a different router, disconnected everything bar the PC, still problems. 

Please can someone from Virgin help, I cant get through to anyone on the phone support line, and the online help is poor. If we are to have this reduced and faulty service, we shouldn't be paying full price. Below is my network log, which seems to have lots of T3 and T4 SYNC and TIME OUT issues: -

Internet just dropped again, on ethernet and WiFi.
