Considering switching back to VM - Utilisation query

Hello,

I was a VM customer until 2014, but ended up switching provider due to unresolved evening latency issues that went on for months.

Is it possible for someone to check the utilisation in my area?

Given the problems VM have with openly admitting to over-utilisation, and the even bigger porkies told about fix dates, you might find the only real check is to have VM installed, and see how it works during the 14 day cooling off period.  If you're hoping the leopard has changed its spots, the answer is an emphatic "no".  It isn't widespread, but it's around, along with the same behaviours of promising to fix it in a few weeks, then another few weeks, then another few weeks, and so forth.  And in some cases it is still taking months before the company admit to a blatant over-utilisation problem.
