Connectivity and internet speed getting worse: Maidenhead
Over the past few weeks, the reliability of internet is getting steadily worse.
Yesterday was the worst day with frequent drops in service and when it was connected the speed was really slow. My partner had to use her phone to use 4G at one point - she has now used all her data and has no more for 9 days.
I want a resolution to this problem. I'm paying a lot of money for a rubbish service and quite honestly would rather go elsewhere.
The website in impenetrable in terms of getting help and as I write I am still onhold to the call centre for 45 minutes!
Can someone from Virgin contact me to fix this issue - and another issue with using OnDemand that we also have problems with
