Connection off and on.

My broadband has been up and down all day. Ran diagnostics, it said something was wrong and they would fix it. Then I ran it  again, it said all good. 
In reality the network connection is off and on. I can’t even connect to the router for more than two minutes, so I can’t even check log entries.
it is not just a WiFi issue, the computer connected via Ethernet has the same issue. 
Is it the router dying? Help, please.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Update: no connection at all. I cannot access the Hub at all and it does not react to resetting either .

 

Help please!

Have you tried a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub?
