Hub 3 or whatever it is .. constantly drops connection around 6-9pm ...
Currently connected to my phone to get internet access and have a rant.
Absolutely sick of it... I have to restart the router every time just to get back on .. then what do you know it drops off again 10 mins later. I pay for 200mbs as I was told last time you will get a better connection with the new hub and have no problems with the speed. Lied to yet again.
I pay more now that anybody else on 200mbs broadband and I'm pretty sure someone will be in contact to offer me 300mbs as they are sure this will cure the problem.
Just going to sit here and wait for the 'I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties. Have you tried restarting your router?' replies.
I've had cable since the Nynex days and can honestly say this is the most unstable problematic connection to date.
Not being rude, not being comic, but if this has been going on for a while, why tolerate it? Phone up and terminate your contract, get a decent ISP (which incidentally doesn't include Sky, BT Plusnet or TalkTalk).
