Complaint

My broadband download speed was 70-80mbps, since the free upgrade it is now averaging 15mbps. Have complained online twice. Ist time sent email saying tried to ring you (they didn't) and closed the complaint, 2nd time responded within 20minutes with same response. They said they checked to speed over 30 days and said it was over 54mbps which it is not. Asked for an engineer visit and was refused.

Have tried wired connection with just computer connected, same results.

Working from home, meeting, conference calls, etc impossible with existing speed.

Any ideas what I can do next?

What free upgrade did you get and was there a new Hub needed?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
