Tried to get through to VM on both Chat (was getting somewhere and in the final seconds of giving my mobile number when it was closed down and the service is now unavailable) and phone.
Hi Can you do a pinhole reset by pressing reset button in for 20 seconds then releasing for 5, do this 3 times. Then log into Hubs settings page and go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless signal, disable the channel optimisation then change 2.4GHz to 20/40, and 5GHz to 20/40/80, Apply settings
Also are you using speedtest.net to test using a wired connection and a device that's capable of 350mbs?
