Changed from m200 to m350 package but not getting faster speed

Hi,


I recently changed my internet package from m200 to m350 and I don't seem to have seen any increase in speed, could you please investigate this for me, the speed results I have obtained from www.speedtest.net just now was: -

I use my Super Hub 3 in modem mode connected via ethernet cable and the test was performed wired. Data from the hub as requested: -

The change was requested on 29th May and in the my account page it says I have the m350 package now as below:-

Broadband
Our broadband doesn't get quicker than this.
You're on our top speed broadband tier!
M350 Fibre Broadband

Have you tried rebooting the router?

A last resort as well would be trying a factory reset on it, but as you are in Modem Mode the repercussions aren’t as bad

I have powered off and on the router since the upgrade should have taken place.

Does a factory reset normally fix these types of issues. Do the figures in my first post look like I should be getting the m350 speeds?

That Config is still the 200Mb/s one.

A factory reset can get you a Firmware Update if its in your area but not on your HUB yet but a Config file is downloaded every time you reboot the HUB so I would not do so unless you do not have many settings to redo.

I would say VM have not updated your account yet.

I have just factory reset and put back into modem mode and below is the configuration data. Is this still m200 settings if so how do I get Virgin to update it to the m350 settings?
