Cancelling due to slow broadband speeds.

I was wondering how long you had to have consistently slow broadband speeds to cancel your contract and how you go about doing it?

Re: Cancelling due to slow broadband speeds.

You can cancel at any time but there maybe early termination fees involved.

If you want a 'get out of gaol free card' you have to jump through hoops to prove that the Broadband supply is not as contracted.
