Hi @Wolfiebaby

You can cancel the appointment yourself by logging into My Virgin Media.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-manage-engineer-appointment

You should also receive a text message to confirm you still need the apppointment and you can cancel it by replying to the message.

Hi @Wolfiebaby,

Thank you for coming back to us. We would need more information about the issue before we can take you into a Private conversation. There's no need to share any personal details on this public forum, but more information is needed. Are you able to provide a brief outline of what's happening?

Keep us updated so we can help further.

Thank you.
