I'm sorry to hear you've not been receiving your expected speeds and have been experiencing connection drops. I can appreciate this must be getting quite frustrating.

In regards to your query about the switch from FTTC to FTTP, this isn't something which we can arrange upon request I'm afraid. However we are looking to move all of our customers across to FTTP by 2028. More information can be found here
