Can SamKnows hourly testing be turned off please

I have samknows hourly testing on for my account please can this be turned off please:

Do you have a samknows router connected your end? or something else doing the tests?

The hub by its self will not do hourly speed testing.

Early days of the Hub 4 it has sam knows connected within the software it self it would do hourly tests, i had it, but putting it in modem mode stopped it 😉

No I dont have a whitebox connected its the testing function built into the hub 4. Samknows support said VM can turn it off.

I wouldn't say that's anything to do with samknows speed test.  All Hub4's have it activated and I've never seen it do that

No offence I know this is something that is turned on to monitor issues with gig1 services on a hub 4. Please can you stop replying so that this can be picked up forum staff and will not keep being pushed to the bottom of the queue.

Yes its turned on.  I visit on average 14 customers every day and have never seen samknows cause a graph like that.

This is a community members help forum - not a "Hotline" into VM staff. If you want a quick response call it in. A VM person will pick it up here in a day or two irrespective of how many people respond

@jbrennand True, but the OP is correct that threads with posts are given lower priority in the staff queues ever time there is a new post as the forum software thinks the community is helping.

With that in mind, @ModTeam please can you ask one of the forum team to drop by and advise on this.

Mine is identical.

Are we sure it is testing?

I'm 99% sure, it is but not quite 100%.
