Many people reporting issues in this area (service checker says no problems 🙄).
Outage this morning. A modem reboot fixed this. However, speed, ping and packet loss are all over the place this evening. Usually a rock solid service.

I have been able to locate your account and I am unable to see anything reported in your area.
I have also checked out your power levels and am unable to see anything that could be affecting this.
Can you confirm the devices you're using? And how they are connected to the hub?
