Cambridge speed and latency issue

Many people reporting issues in this area  (service checker says no problems 🙄).

Outage this morning.  A modem reboot fixed this.  However, speed, ping and packet loss are all over the place this evening.  Usually a rock solid service.

Please can someone look into this.  Many thanks.

The most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

This has now been fixed. There was a local area issue.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your broadband. 

I have been able to locate your account and I am unable to see anything reported in your area. 

I have also checked out your power levels and am unable to see anything that could be affecting this. 

Can you confirm the devices you're using? And how they are connected to the hub?
