Buffering

For the last couple of days all4 and sky cinema on demand keeps buffering. Gave up watching film as keeps buffering every 5 mins and getting less. Restarted tv box and dud network check. Signal is around 62% which it normally is but never had this problem before

Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forums and I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your on demand services. 

 

Is it just those two particular on demand services you have issues with?

 

How is your box connected to the network via WiFi or an ethernet cable?

 

If you could provide the information that @paultechy asked for in the previous, this can help us determine where the issues lie.
