Browdband

Hi, I live on Ockley Road in Croydon. I wanted to complaint as my broadband speed has been extremely poor since new year. 
I work from home and my internet keeps getting disconnected. 
Also I have exams next month which I am doing online. These are proacted exams meaning that i need to have a strong internet connection in order to undertake the exams. 
i know that many people in London are facing issues with their broadbands. I would be grateful if you coukd look into this as soon as possible

Check service status  and also call 0800 561 0061 for most up to date information in your area 🙂
