Wait 24 hours or try rebooting your hub, if that fails as a last resort you can pinhole reset your hub. I believe you need to hold the reset "button", with a pen, for about 60s for a full reset.

If you don't want to do this, call or wait for VM staff to reply here in a few days.

Hi Wayne, welcome back to the community! Thank you for posting.

Sorry to hear you are having some concerns regarding your speeds.

Are you able to advise how you were getting the speed results above? Were these via Wired or Wi-Fi connection?

Having had a look on our systems the speeds reaching your hub have averaged 288mbps download in the past week, with the lowest speed registered at 213mbps download.

You can see minimum speed requirements for packages here: virg.in/speedsexplained

Please do be aware we do not guarantee speeds via Wi-Fi, unless you are a Wi-Fi MAX customer. You can read more about this here: https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max.

Let us know how things are currently and if you have any other issues with your service we should be aware of to offer you support.

All the best!

Molly

Hi  ,  recieving 288 meg over wifi ,

Only getting similar results via wired

Which is 60meg below advertised as m350.

I was constantly getting 208 meg on m200.

So only getting 80 meg extra for increased charge.

Vm do not guarantee WiFi speeds, only wired to the Hub. What speeds does www.SamKnows.com/Realspeed show? Use a Cat 6a Ethernet cable direct to the Hub wit a gigabit capable NIC.
if running windows use “Safe mode with Networking support”
